It didn't work. When the CSR is USB continued to My desktop, all I come across is a "Dongle" under Audio department of the Bluetooth & Other devices. When I cull Dongle I get "Remove Device" which I removed and added dorsum and searched for the latest drives from Automatic updates from device managing director.

There are no other BT adapter or driver installed. The Bluetooth Sound Input Device/Renderer/Hands-free Audio came upward with when I paired the speaker. If I power off the speaker they will disappear.

It looks from the screenshot that the troubleshooter has fixed something for Bluetooth so please restart the organisation and verify the result still persists or not with CSR Bluetooth.

Restarted, withal there is no battery level indicator for the Bluetooth speaker.

Seems to be some incompatibility with the CSR - I think it need some interface to display CSR (GUI). Windows is not recognizing the USB dongle equally a Bluetooth adapter.

Demand to effigy out some interface to display the Bluetooth activeness and other features/functions.

Hi,
Please try the below every bit well to solve the issue.

Pace 1:
Open Device director
Pace 2:
Click on the small pointer next to either "Bluetooth" or "Universal Serial Jitney controllers"
Step 3:
Right-click on "CSR" adapter and select Update Driver
Step 4:
Select" Scan my reckoner for a driver update"
Pace 5:
Select on the lesser "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my Computer"
Step 6:
Select "Generic Bluetooth Driver"
